Exercise
No. 1 was done through giving the students list of words and letting them
sketch images that they think would best fit to the words. The words given by
the instructor are as follows; freedom, unity, strength and energy. They were
only allowed to use their pencil and the short size of coupon band that they
will be using throughout the whole laboratory course.

LEARNING
Visualization
pertains to forming mental image of something or some words. In this activity I
have learned how to form images of the words given by my laboratory instructor,
images conforming to the thought of those words. There could be a lot of images
that can be incorporated with those words given but I have learned how to form
mental images that would best fit to the thought of those words.
